DOLAN BIKES WARRANTY
All Dolan branded frames and forks purchased after January 1st 2024 carry a lifetime warranty (non transferable) to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship if they are operated under normal conditions and use and properly maintained (paintwork on such products is covered for 1 year). Frames and forks purchased before January 1st 2024 carry a 2 year warranty for Alloy and Carbon and 5 years for Titanium. The warranty coverage on all branded components such as Shimano, Campagnolo, Mavic, FSA, Polini, Deda and Selle Italia (excluding tyres, tubes and cables) will be covered by the warranty stated by their original manufacturers.

The warranty protects the customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues or damage arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, improper installations or crash damage. It does not include issues arising from lack of general maintenance, this is the responsibility of the owner. Any defects arising from lack of maintenance will result in an unsuccessful warranty claim.
Should the bike, frame or component be deemed by Dolan Bikes to be covered by the warranty it will be repaired or replaced, at Dolan Bike's sole option, which will be conclusive and binding. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of travel to and from our premises or other expenses incurred, these will be borne by the owner.
This warranty applies only to the original owner ONLY and does not transfer to subsequent owners (proof of original ownership will be sought for any warranty claim).
Useful Product Life Cycle
Every Dolan bike and frame has a useful product life cycle. The length of that useful product life cycle will vary with the construction and materials of the bike or frame, the maintenance and care these receive over their useful product life cycle, and the type and amount of use the bike or frame is subject to. Uses in competitive events, riding with heavy loads, commercial activities and other types of non-standard use can dramatically shorten the useful product life cycle of a Dolan bike or frame.
Limitations
Maintenance, within the manufacturer's recommendations, of your bike and components is part of an item's warranty. If your bike, wheels or components are found to be poorly maintained upon their return and inspection, then this will void the product's warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this limited warranty, and any other warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded by the terms of this Limited Warranty. Dolan Bikes Ltd shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expense in connection with its products. Dolan's liability hereunder expressly limited to the replacements of goods not complying with this warranty or, at Dolan Bikes' election, to the replacement of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question.
